Larger Image (2 photos) In June 2009, Anthony Koudsy of LSR Autobody, attended the Ferrari Technical Training course in anticipation of the new Ferrari California released recently in Australia.  The training course was held in the coastal town of Massa in Italy at the CarBench factory. CarBench are the Ferrari factory approved supplier for jig systems and hold the jigging and aluminium welding certification courses at their facility.  

In the past Sam Koudsy, General Manager for LSR Autobody, attended these courses and updated his certifications as new Ferrari  models have been released. Recently, Anthony was appointed to attend these courses in order to maintain our factory certification for Ferrari repairs.

The course ran for 5 days at the CarBench factory, and covered most areas of the new California, including aluminium welding techniques, panel replacement, new tools and welding equipment, vehicle construction characteristics and jig kits and jig set up of these particular vehicles.  This new Ferrari model has many new production techniques that are required knowledge for the correct repair of roof assembly, body construction and vehicle assembly.
